New Suspense/Thriller Paperback The Psychic

Local Brooklyn author Bob Rustico has collaborated with his Colts Neck counterpart Bob Wiltz on The Psychic, a paranormal suspense/thriller. Completed more than a year before the tragic events of September 11th, the story is finally available to the public.

February 17, 2005 -- Set in New York City, it involves a group of Middle Eastern terrorists who have hidden devastating weapons in key NYC sites. The heroine, a young FBI agent named Melissa Todd, has been charged with stopping the planned destruction. Her desperate use of a publicity-shy psychic, who wants nothing to do with the case, sets off repercussions throughout the FBI and the NYC police hierarchy.

We wanted the challenge to be in the pursuit of what the terrorists had set in motion, and not the normal good guy chasing the bad guy.

Thats where the psychic comes in. By delving into the paranormal world of psychic phenomena, we were able to create a story that enabled the FBI with time running short to uncover the what and where of the terrorists plans. adds Wiltz.

Both Wiltz and Rustico have diverse life experiences that include several years on the Apollo Space Program as well as marketing and general management backgrounds. To date they have collaborated on four novels with each having their own unique view of paranormal events.

The Psychic trade paperback is published by Atlantic Bridge Publishing and is presently available through a variety of online distributors, including BookSurge.com, Alibris.com, Abes Books and Amazon.com.

Bookstores may order through BookSurge or Baker & Taylor. Copies may also be obtained directly from the authors.

Atlantic Bridge Publishing is a royalty-paying, non-subsidy publisher.
